We will also provide suggestions on improvements to market to the best available tenants – whether this is adding some cushions to the couches, including some artwork and/or working on the garden etc. Many of our owners are interstate and want this guidance – we are investors ourselves so we pass on tools and tricks to show your property in the best light to achieve the best rent with the best tenant.
